In other words, adopting a growth mindset means believing in your ability to do anything. It is about thinking positive, being open-minded, being ready for a challenge and it is what makes us constantly improve our physical and emotional well-being.
2. Believe in yourself
What’s important to remember is that the mindset is not an inborn feature, it can change throughout one’s living. You may say: “I don’t have enough self-confidence”, “I’m not good at managing a team”, “I have never been into investing”, “I’m not creative or talented enough to have my own business”, or whatever. Unless you decide to change the way of thinking and acting.
You can do everything, limitations and fears are all in our heads. Remember, you are the creator of your own life. Think about where you are in your life and where you want to be. What do you dream about? Starting with defining your life vision is key and this is how it all started for me.
3. Start right now
As soon as you have a wish to change, you are at the threshold of new discoveries about how great you are. The following stage to shift your mindset to positive changes is action.
Start with little steps towards your well-being. And if you struggle, do not give up. Say I CAN more often and use positive words. Change your passwords to positive affirmations. Wake up, look at yourself in a mirror and think about your ideal life. Think about what you are going to accomplish today in line with your life vision. Most importantly, give yourself self-love and time for self-care. Accept what you can’t control and focus on what you can. You are so much greater than you think you are…
